We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for small orders and 2 weeks for larger event setups to ensure availability of your preferred theme and slots.

Absolutely! Most of our packages are fully customizable. You can choose your preferred color palette to match your event theme at no extra cost.

What is the cancellation policy for balloon decoration?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. Cancellations within 24 hours are not allowed as materials and staff have already been allocated.

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select balloon bouquets and simple setups in Delhi NCR, subject to slot availability. Please call us to confirm for urgent orders.
