At Big Balloon, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or make a purchase.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that helps us serve you better:

Personal Information: Name, venue/setup address, email address, and phone number when you register or place a booking.
Payment Information: We do not collect or store any online payment information — this website takes no card, UPI or bank details. Setups priced ₹5,000 and below are paid by cash or UPI after the decoration is completed at your venue. Setups above ₹5,000 require a 20% advance at booking, which is arranged directly with our coordinator over WhatsApp or phone; we keep no payment credentials from it.
Usage Data: Information about your device, browser, and how you interact with our website (e.g., pages visited, time spent).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Process and schedule your bookings, including sending booking confirmations and service updates.
Communicate with you regarding our services, promotions, and customer support inquiries.
Improve our website, products, and customer service experience.
Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

3. Sharing of Information

We value your trust and do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:

Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as customer communication and email delivery.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure your data is transmitted securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

To protect our forms from automated abuse, this site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device to tell real visitors apart from bots. It does not ask you to solve a puzzle.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to enhance your experience, such as keeping you logged in and remembering items in your cart. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of our website.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your account details directly through your profile or contact us to request deletion of your data.
