Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Slot

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. For setups priced ₹5,000 and below no penalty is applied, as those bookings carry no advance; for setups above ₹5,000 the 20% advance is refunded provided the cancellation is more than 48 hours before the event.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Setup

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot, customized materials (such as personalized vinyl banners, age foil helium balloons, and customized welcome boards) have already been printed and customized. While no fine is forced on standard cash bookings, we kindly request customers to avoid short-notice cancellations to respect our setup team's schedule. Note that a cancellation this close to the event also falls inside the 48-hour window in section 4, so on setups above ₹5,000 the 20% advance is not refunded.

3. Rescheduling Your Booking

• Advance Rescheduling (24+ Hours): Free of charge to any date with open availability.
• Short-Notice Rescheduling (<24 Hours): Incurs a nominal ₹500 slot mobilization fee to cover coordinator transit and decorator preparation overheads.

4. Advance Payment by Booking Value

• Standard Bookings (₹5,000 and below): No advance payment is required — you pay 100% by cash or UPI after the decoration is complete, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.
• Premium Bookings (Above ₹5,000): A 20% advance payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and source custom materials, and the remaining 80% is collected after the decoration is complete. This advance is fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, and non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the event.

Premium setups are the ones that need custom inventory procured ahead of the date — customized stage structures, imported neon signs, grand baby shower backdrops and similar installations.

5. Weather & Force Majeure (Outdoor Setups)

For outdoor terrace or lawn setups affected by sudden heavy rain, dust storms, or extreme heat in Gurugram/Delhi, we will happily shift your decoration to an indoor room or living area free of cost.
