Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before Slot

You can cancel your decoration booking completely free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your confirmed setup window. Because standard bookings require zero advance payment, no cancellation fees will be billed.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Setup

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot, customized materials (such as personalized vinyl banners, age foil helium balloons, and customized welcome boards) have already been printed and customized. While no fine is forced on standard cash bookings, we kindly request customers to avoid short-notice cancellations to respect our setup team's schedule.

3. Rescheduling Your Booking

• Advance Rescheduling (24+ Hours): Free of charge to any date with open availability.
• Short-Notice Rescheduling (<24 Hours): Incurs a nominal ₹500 slot mobilization fee to cover coordinator transit and decorator preparation overheads.

4. Custom & Premium Setups (> ₹5,000)

Custom premium installations (e.g. customized stage structures, imported neon signs, grand baby shower backdrops) require a 20% advance payment at confirmation to procure custom inventory. This 20% advance is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

5. Weather & Force Majeure (Outdoor Setups)

For outdoor terrace or lawn setups affected by sudden heavy rain, dust storms, or extreme heat in Gurugram/Delhi, we will happily shift your decoration to an indoor room or living area free of cost.
