How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for small orders and 2 weeks for larger event setups to ensure availability of your preferred theme and slots.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select balloon bouquets and simple setups in Gurugram, subject to slot availability. Please call us to confirm for urgent orders.
Can I customize the decoration colors?
Absolutely! Most of our packages are fully customizable. You can choose your preferred color palette to match your event theme at no extra cost.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the entire Gurugram (Gurgaon) region.
How long do the balloons last?
Latex balloons typically last 8-12 hours when filled with helium. Air-filled decorations can last for several days. Foil balloons can float for 3-5 days depending on environmental conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. Cancellations within 24 hours are not allowed as materials and staff have already been allocated. For any issues, please contact us directly.
