Same Day Birthday Decoration in Gurgaon & Delhi: 2-Hour Booking Checklist
It happens to the best of us: between back-to-back corporate meetings, errands, and family responsibilities, you suddenly realize it is 3:30 PM, your spouse or child's birthday celebration starts at 7:00 PM, and you haven't arranged any decorations! Don't panic. Big Balloon's rapid express dispatch network is purpose-built to solve last-minute party emergencies across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
⚡ Fast-Track WhatsApp Protocol for 2-Hour Dispatch
To lock an express decorator in under 3 minutes, message our WhatsApp helpline with: 1) Your society name and complete address, 2) Desired setup completion time, 3) Your chosen in-stock package screenshot. Our dispatcher pairs you with the nearest roving stylist immediately.
1. The Express Budget Ceiling & Wall Setup (Under 60 Mins)
When time is of the essence, our signature ceiling and wall package transforms your living room in under an hour. It includes 100 metallic balloons (ceiling clusters and floor scatter), elegant hanging ribbons, silver 'Happy Birthday' foil letters, and wall flower accents—all for just ₹1,100.

2. Choosing Ready Inventory: Metallic Balloon Ring vs Wall Backdrop
When speed is paramount, choosing the right package structure saves precious minutes:
• Freestanding Metallic Ring Frame: Fastest to install (under 45 minutes). Stands entirely on its own weighted circular iron frame, requiring zero wall measurements, zero tape, and zero furniture shifting. Best if you have 7 feet of open floor space.
• Wall Backdrop Garlands: Requires an unbroken 8-foot wall section. While decorators apply damage-free painter's tape buffers in 15 minutes, shifting heavy couches or dining tables can take time. Best if your room has compact floor depth but open wall space.
3. The Classic Entryway & Cake Table Arch
For a grander party setup with friends and colleagues arriving, our white and gold arch provides a complete stage backdrop. Equipped with metallic gold tinsel curtains, large age number foils, and a full organic arch, our two-decorator squad installs this setup in just 60 to 75 minutes.

Same-Day In-Stock Packages vs Advance Notice Themes
To avoid disappointment, understand which decorations can be deployed immediately:
• Ready for 2-Hour Dispatch: Metallic and pastel balloon arches, ceiling bunches, foil letter banners, tinsel shimmer curtains, and battery LED fairy lights.
• Requires 24-Hour Notice: Custom flex printed backdrops with client photos, personalized laser-cut neon name signs, and exotic imported florals.
The 5-Step Express Client Prep Checklist
Help our team complete your setup in record time:
1. Clear the Space: Move side tables away from the target 8-foot wall section.
2. Power Socket Access: Ensure a functioning 3-pin plug point is available for the electric balloon inflator.
3. Approve Society Gate Entry: Notify security on MyGate or NoBrokerHood before the decorator reaches the gate.
4. Ceiling Fans Off: Turn off ceiling fans during installation so balloon ribbons hang vertically.
5. Relax: Let our trained stylists handle everything while you prepare for your guests.
